EFG Eurobank Ergasias Α.Ε. (the Bank) hereby submits notification, in accordance with article 27, paragraph 3  of l.3556/2007 and based on information received from shareholders concerned, that the shareholders who have significant holdings in the Bank as set out in articles 9, 10 και 11 of that law are as follows:

1. EFG Consolidated Holdings S.A. holds 37.69578% of the share capital and voting rights of the Bank, namely 196.876.891 ordinary shares with a right to vote.
2. EFG Exchange Holdings Limited holds 3.78261% of the share capital and voting rights of the Bank, namely 19.755.760 ordinary shares with a right to vote.

The entire share capital of each of the companies is held by Private Financial Investments Holding Ltd, which is fully controlled by EFG Bank European Financial Group.
