Eurobank Ergasias SA (hereafter «Eurobank») announces, according to article 14 of L. 3556/2007 and article 7a (par. 6 case c) of L. 3864/2010, the following:
- Pursuant to the provisions of article 14 of L. 3556/2007 and based on the relevant notification that Eurobank received from the company “Pacific Investment Management Company LLC” (hereafter “PIMCO”), the percentage of Eurobank’s voting rights held indirectly by PIMCO, fell below on 12.02.2020 the threshold of 5% of the total number of Eurobank's voting rights, including those held by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (hereafter “HFSF”).
- Pursuant to the provisions of article 7a (par. 6 case c) of L. 3864/2010 and based on the relevant information that Eurobank received from PIMCO, the percentage of Eurobank’s voting rights held indirectly by PIMCO, fell below on 13.02.2020, the threshold of 5% of the total number of Eurobank's voting rights, excluding those held by the HFSF.

All Eurobank’s shares reported in PIMCO’s notification are owned by the funds listed above which are managed by PIMCO.
In its role as investment advisor or manager, PIMCO possesses voting and/or investment power over Eurobank’s shares referred to in the aforementioned notification.
Finally, in the aforementioned notification received from PIMCO, it is noted that no other natural or legal person controls PIMCO, within the meaning of L. 3556/2007.
